It's all too easy to be caught up with the drive to become successful, and only start to think about making changes when stress takes hold, and the symptoms are impossible to ignore.

If you factor in stopping to relax, and switch off, you will feel more balanced, and be far more productive. When you stop regularly through the day, and practise deep, slow breathing, you will feel much calmer, and able to think more clearly.

Instead of struggling to find solutions, when you have clarity in a place of peaceful silence, the answers will come to you easily. Once you learn to stop forcing things to happen, and create a balance, you will be in the natural flow where results arrive far more quickly than before.

When you experience the Z Point Process, you reach deep relaxation effortlessly. You have all the wonderful benefits of meditation without all the time needed to become an expert. Within minutes Z Point releases the source of your stress, so that you find a place of complete stillness.

If you find it difficult to get off the treadmill of work, caring for your home, and looking after others - stop, and make time for yourself. Your health and your life will improve immeasurably. Get in touch and ask how Z Point can make the difference for you.

Enjoy the fun cat pictures - because making time to laugh is essential!

We are all overloaded with too much information, and this can lead to overwhelm and freeze us into inactivity. Neil shows how to achieve balance through having fun.

"A well-developed sense of humor is the pole that adds balance to your step as you walk the tightrope of life." - William Arthur Ward

The first breathing exercise on my video below is the stress buster, which expels all of your pent up stress and tension in seconds. I created fun cat pictures for the links, because laughter is always the best way to relieve stress.

You literally copy the cat, and allow your tongue to hang out of your mouth . . . making it one to experience in private!

Use this quick and easy exercise whenever you feel tension starting to build up. It prevents stress getting on top of you so that you explode. It's always better to look silly than it is to get angry!

The second simple breathing exercise is the stress release. If you observe cats, you will see them constantly stretching. Follow their example as you gently combine slow, deep breathing with the release of tension in your neck and shoulders.

This is where you become stiff when you sit in one position, such as on the computer, and your muscles become tight. Unless you relieve them regularly, you will find yourself suffering from increasing amounts of pain. Paying attention to your breathing benefits your whole body, and learning how to control your breath as you perform a stretch greatly increases the results.

Enjoy the fun images created to accompany the recordings - and please share them on Pinterest. It's a great place to share amusing, and useful, information.

Research Proves Breathing Exercises Improve Your Health

After thousands of years of knowledge from yoga masters, scientists now also have evidence that learning how to breathe correctly can improve everything from panic attacks to hypertension to chronic pulmonary obstruction.

A heart attack is caused by an acute circulation blockage depriving the heart of oxygen. When this happens in the brain it results in a stroke. Oxygen is more vital to your body than food or water, but not enough attention is paid to how it's possible to increase oxygen levels.

In 1931, Dr Otto Heinrich Warburg won his first Nobel Prize for proving cancer is caused by a lack of oxygen respiration in cells. He was nominated an unprecedented three times for the Nobel prize for three separate achievements. He stated in an article titled: "The Prime Cause and Prevention of Cancer" that: "the cause of cancer is no longer a mystery, we know it occurs whenever any cell is denied 60% of its oxygen requirements."

(I can remember my mother having panic attacks, and not being able to breathe, and she died of cancer.)

Your breathing and stress are tied together, because you cause panic and stress by gasping for air, and also when you feel stressed you don't breathe slowly and deeply. So, learning how to breathe using your diaphragm will reduce symptoms of stress. (Watch the Diaphragmatic Breathing video below.)

The more often you experience the ZPoint Process, the more you become in tune with your body, and you know that feeling relaxed is how you want to always be. Breathing exercises are the perfect way to maintain the sense of peace and calm between sessions.

"The Breathing Book: Vitality and Good Health Through Essential Breath Work"

Internationally renowned yoga instructor Donna Farhi presents a refreshingly simple and practical guide to re-establishing proper breathing techniques. These will dramatically improve your physical and mental health.

Have a look inside the book on Amazon, and see how well written it is. Once you incorporate breathing exercises into your daily life, you will soon see, and feel, a big difference.

"Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts." - Thich Nhat Hanh

"You know that our breathing is the inhaling and exhaling of air. The organ that serves for this is the lungs that lie round the heart, so that the air passing through them thereby envelops the heart. Thus breathing is a natural way to the heart. And so, having collected your mind within you, lead it into the channel of breathing through which air reaches the heart and, together with this inhaled air, force your mind to descend into the heart and to remain there." - Nicephorus the Solitary

When there is a part of your life that you don't feel happy about, just repeating positive statements will have no effect. Unless you have supreme self confidence, it's unlikely that you can look in a mirror and state how much you love all of you.

All that happens is you zoom in on your perceived faults, and you will make yourself feel even worse. When you don't connect with the affirmations, they have no meaning for you - and they're simply empty words. If you don't feel confident - you don't even like yourself - and the idea of loving yourself is as far removed as the moon.

You have to have a specific mindset in order to be able to succeed at changing something about yourself that you're not happy with. No matter how unhappy you are, you know that it's difficult to imagine how you can reach your goal, so it can seem easier to stay where you are . . . but you don't stay where you are. You become increasingly more frustrated, and more unhappy, as you feel life slipping by without you fulfilling the dreams locked inside you.

LACK OF CONFIDENCE ISN'T JUST A BAD HAIR DAY

Lack of confidence is not simply feeling unsure about whether a style of dress suits you - it's not even going into a dress shop - because you don't feel you deserve something special. Low self-esteem is when you say you want to lose weight, but after putting more weight back on after each failed dieting attempt, you can't even imagine yourself looking slim in a gorgeous outfit.

The source of having no self-confidence lies with your family. From any form of abuse, to being told that it's not good to get 'above yourself', or 'nobody likes someone who's conceited'; when you're always put down, and never praised - you feel worthless.

You're supposed to be able to depend on your family for support, but when they don't provide it, you lack faith and trust in all your future relationships. This undermines everything you attempt to do. It's extremely sad to know you have talents and skills you want to share, but you always fail through different forms of self-sabotage - purely because you don't feel good enough, or deserving of success.

YOU CAN FEEL THE DIFFERENCE WITH Z POINT

Don't keep your gifts trapped inside you - the Z Point Process can release all the painful memories from the past. You can move from tears, to a sense of hope that you never entertained before, in a single session. You will feel distant from the hurt, and much lighter. Leave the heavy burden of the past behind, and allow Z Point to re-build your confidence.

The difference that makes Z Point work is that you feel the change in yourself. Before, you knew that positive affirmations didn't work, because you didn't value yourself, so they didn't apply to you. Afterwards, you know through experience that it is possible to let go of the memories of the past, and create a new set of beliefs. Feeling hope where there was none before is worth that brave step of trying something new. Z Point is a safe place to land.

"If you have no confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life. With confidence, you have won even before you have started." - Marcus Tullius Cicero

Like all holidays and celebrations, Easter carries the weight of expectations. You will have memories of holidays from the past, and you might feel the pressure to live up to old traditions. Don't give in to the burden of comparisons. It's more important that you're relaxed enough to enjoy everything.

Tips To Reduce Stress

1) Look for ways to laugh, as research from the Mayo Clinic shows how laughter increases the rate of neuropeptides released that help fight stress, and potentially more serious illnesses.

I created these funny cat pictures for a silly section of the site - keep checking in as I'll be adding new ones regularly.

2) The cat pictures for Easter include chocolate, because that has become the most popular part of the holiday. Chocolate has also been shown to relieve stress, as scientists for the Nestle Research Centre found. Dark chocolate enjoyed on a daily basis can help to balance the body chemistry of people who are stressed.

3) Get plenty of sleep. Reach a level of deep relaxation by experiencing the Z Point Process as you lay in bed, and your stress will fade away.

The more often you feel that relaxed, the sooner you will reach the state of complete peace. You will be able to drift off to sleep after counting down from 10 to 0, repeating your cue word in-between.

Do You Believe In Miracles?

Many call the resurrection of Jesus a miracle. I think when inspirational stories are called miracles, it puts them out of bounds, and distances them from "ordinary" people. I prefer to look on them as hope and possibilities that are available for everyone.

Once your mind is open to believing that anything is possible - then that creates a life full of excitement and discovery. I wish you a life that you create anew every day.

"The resurrection asserts a truth which is by no means always written legibly for all men on the face of nature. It tells us that the spiritual is higher than the material; that in this universe spirit counts for more than matter." - H. P. Liddon

"Chocolate causes certain endocrine glands to secrete hormones that affect your feelings and behavior by making you happy. Therefore, it counteracts depression, in turn reducing the stress of depression. Your stress-free life helps you maintain a youthful disposition, both physically and mentally. So, eat lots of chocolate!" - Elaine Sherman
