This Halloween, instead of hiding away from the noisy fireworks, take the opportunity to choose how you treat yourself.

Do you trick yourself into thinking everything is OK, when you know, deep down, that you don't feel satisfied? You can't keep brushing over those niggling feelings, they just build up until you become really unhappy.

Why should you settle for less than truly, deeply, madly joyful? If you're stuck in a rut, you might think that's an impossible aim - but it's not - and it's how everyone should feel.

Make time to treat yourself well every day. You have to really care about yourself, and know that you deserve to be treated well by others too. Once you get into the habit of having fun and spoiling yourself, you will radiate out that you love, respect and value yourself, and you expect nothing but the same back - and that's exactly what you will receive.

Make a list of all the things that are holding you back, and promise yourself that you're going to address each one. You can take each issue through the Z Point Process, and let it go for good. You won't ever again be weighed down by anything that is preventing you from being completely happy. Once you've released something with Z Point, you are emotionally detached and free, so it can't continue to affect you.

The movie, Finding Joe, celebrates the work of Joseph Campbell. He says that the heroes of myths and legends are inside each of us, and we have the capacity to be anything beyond the realms of current possibilities.

You can choose to stop being the victim, and become the hero instead. There are no limitations to your imagination, and once you overcome your fears, and slay your dragons, you can create a life full of exciting experiences.

Everything you ever wanted to be is already inside you. Z Point can release the hidden blocks that cause your fears, and give you the freedom to find the bliss that is within easy reach. The more often you go through the Z Point Process, the sooner you can reach the state of bliss.

It feels amazing, and it opens up your mind to know this is how life should really be. You can stop living as a victim, and take control - re-write your own script, and choose to live as the hero on your blissful journey.

Do you find yourself complaining about the same things, but you never do anything to change them? A small, common complaint is how men never pick their socks up off the floor ... but how many of you collect them all and put them in the washing machine?

You then moan to others how lazy and untidy your man is, while feeling used and put-upon, and building up layers of resentment. There is nothing attractive about someone who moans repetitively about the same subject, and acts like a long suffering martyr. Moaning / complaining / nagging / anger will never achieve any change.

That's a very small example of how you can slip into a rut of being annoyed by someone's behaviour, but you decide it's easier to pick up after a capable adult just to keep a quiet life. An old saying is if you act like a doormat you will be walked all over. You have to be able to express your feelings with total honesty, without being frightened of the consequences.

There could be a number of reasons from your past that prevent you from expecting to be treated with consideration. The Z Point Process can release old habits that make you have a lack of confidence to request the help and support that you deserve. If the thought of asking for that help causes a knot in your stomach, then you will try to repress your true feelings. These only build up inside you, and will start to cause aches and pains.

Getting rid of old habits does take courage, but Z Point removes all the stress and tension surrounding the issue, so that you feel totally relaxed. You can change your life peacefully, and you will find how much your life improves. Those around you who ignore the same old arguments will listen to you when you're stating your point of view calmly, and confidently. They will treat you with respect, and you will get results.

Taking that first step isn't comfortable, because you think it's safer not to rock the boat, but trying something new is always better than staying stuck in resentment. Whatever your present circumstances, they don't have to remain the same, and it is possible to create the life you really want. Remember, the petty issues are hiding the real reason for you being uncomfortable, and not completely happy.

Holding on to bitterness, hate and anger doesn't affect the people it's aimed at - it only harms you. These feelings literally eat you away, so there is less of the whole you to be able to experience and appreciate all that life has to offer.


  • Why would you want to live only half a life?
  • Why would you re-live painful memories every day?
  • Why would you choose sad thoughts over happy ones?
  • Why would you block a hopeful, positive future?
  • Why do you sabotage the help that is always available?
  • Why do you accept that you're a helpless victim?


Life is short enough, and you never know when it will be cut even shorter. You can choose to release the past with Z Point, and feel how much lighter your body is without constantly carrying your old baggage with you. You don't realise how much tension you have until you've let it go.

Hate and anger lives in every cell and fibre of your being. You increase your chances of ill health with every thought that stokes up those emotions. No matter how serious the trauma or incident that causes you to re-live the hurt, you have to learn to leave it behind, so that you can move towards all the limitless possibilities that exist.

Instead of clinging to your history which keeps you stuck in victim mode, search for someone who's overcome similar issues. Focus on how different their life is once they're free of the past. The human spirit really can rise above anything, and once you live with peace instead of anger your life will open up with amazing opportunities. Don't lose another day by shutting yourself off from seizing every last one.
