Thursday was Thanksgiving Day for Americans, and it was an ideal reminder that we all need to give thanks as often as possible.
Everyone has sad experiences, but the practice of gratitude helps ease the greatest of challenges. Sometimes it's difficult to imagine anything good happening when we feel overwhelmed. Looking for any small thing which gives you pleasure can really change how you feel. By finding just one thing, such as a beautiful flower, or the sun peeking through rain clouds, it makes it impossible for you to think everything is bad.
When you get used to keeping your eyes open for anything that brightens your day, it really changes your perspective on any situation, and you will begin to feel more positive.
How you feel controls how the Law of Attraction operates. That's why it's so important to find techniques that raise your energy levels, to be able to focus on what you want more of. It's impossible to be happy all the time, and there's no point in trying to force it, because only genuine, authentic feelings work. The more aware you are that the smallest things can bring pleasure, the easier it becomes to lift yourself when you're down.If you have a situation or person that's upsetting you, it's worth having a session of ZPoint to release that hold on you. Once you can free your emotions, you have peace of mind to be able to enjoy life more fully, and be able to attract more of what you desire. Here is a thank you to say you're appreciated: lots of free Kindle eBooks on Amazon, including many classics. The Kindle is one of the most desired presents this Christmas, with 180 Kindle eBooks being sold for every 100 hardback books (scroll down the page for full information). "What if you gave someone a gift, and they neglected to thank you for it - would you be likely to give them another? Life is the same way. In order to attract more of the blessings that life has to offer, you must truly appreciate what you already have." ~ Ralph Marston
Everyone's life is controlled by habits. The choice you have is whether they're good or bad habits.
It's easy to hold on to comfortable patterns and routines, but stopping to take stock regularly is a good new habit to take up. Become aware of your thoughts, and don't let your unconscious keep you stuck. It's always possible to form new beliefs and change - whatever your age.
The Law of Attraction has been followed for centuries, as it was observed that what we habitually think about becomes part of our experience. Once you learn how to control your thoughts you can start to direct your results, and manifest what you want in your life. This is called 'deliberate creation'.
Take time to be clear on why you want more abundance. Once you choose those who need your support, then abundance will begin to flow to you. There's nothing wrong in living well, but if you only think about the latest gadget, then the universe has less reason to send you money, because it would place those who give higher up the list.
Give freely without worrying about how you will earn more, and abundance will always cover your generosity.

We have just had Remembrance Day, where we take time to give thanks for all those who have given their lives to protect us. It takes a special bravery to fight wars, and I respect them enormously.
But I still wish politicians would try harder to avoid war, because it's never the answer. I was brought up being told 'It takes two to fight', and I learnt to walk away.
I think most wars start because each side refuses to understand the other's point of view. Being convinced you're right isn't worth the loss of lives, in my opinion.
Many can feel helpless when decisions to fight are taken against their own wishes, but it's possible to create peace in your own environment. I believe if we can all be friends with our neighbours, then the ripple effect will mean hate will be eradicated. You can retain an oasis of love and harmony by not watching the news, and focusing on positive stories instead. If you feel fear, sadness or worry about all the wars in the world, ZPoint can restore a sense of calm and peace. No matter how strongly you feel, ZPoint distances you effortlessly from your emotional attachment, until you feel deeply relaxed and happy. This YouTube video is of the world’s oldest Holocaust survivor, pianist Alice Herz-Sommer, nearing her 107th birthday and sharing her thoughts on love and hate as she plays the piano in her London flat. Stress has forced one in five workers to call in sick, yet the vast majority of these (93 %) say they have lied to their boss about the real reason for not turning up, using excuses such as stomach upsets, housing problems and the illness of a loved one. (Source: MIND, UK Mental Health Charity.) It's sad when we can't be honest about having an emotional problem for fear of being judged. It's much harder for men to share how they really feel, because they're mostly brought up to be strong and inhibited. Stress affects everyone in different ways, and while it's a normal part of everyday life, if it causes you to lose balance then it needs to be addressed. Stress is natural when it makes you feel a nervous excitement when you try something new. If the thought of something new paralyses you, and makes you feel physically sick, then you need help.Without minimising how stress makes you feel, it's often the case that holding it inside can build it up out of proportion. Share your feelings with someone you trust. If you prefer to remain private there are lots of therapies which can help. Look around, research them, and choose one that suits you. Obviously I recommend ZPoint because I've seen how it lifts stress so easily, no matter how serious the issue is. It's such a liberating feeling as you lose all emotional attachments without any pain, angst or effort. You're able to view the situation from a distance and know it no longer has any hold over you. Regaining control after being too stressed to think straight is amazing. I think if you're stressed the last thing you need is a complicated modality which raises your stress levels even more. The simplicity of ZPoint with such a peaceful, deeply relaxed result makes it well worth a try. After clearing all the underlying reasons for stress (including all the subconscious ones you aren't aware of), you'll feel bright and alert again, and ready to face the world (and your boss!). Contact me with any questions you might have, I'm happy to help. If you're a boss who's concerned about the welfare of your staff, please get in touch. Any suggestions of ways that de-stress you are welcome. I love books, and always read before sleeping to switch my mind off. I've just looked into how great the Kindle is, (even Oprah Winfrey is a fan!) and found lots of information. I didn't know how much easier it is to read than from a computer screen, apparently it's just like real paper, so I can't wait to check one out. There's just one more week left to get 30% discount on .com domains at Go Daddy. Your domain name is the most important part of your website, so it's worth choosing one now while they only cost £4.75 / $7.99, and store it for free. "If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn't ask me, I'd still have to say it." - George Burns.
