When you feel overwhelmed with stressful situations, you can become frustrated, and don't know what to do next, so you remain stuck.

Actually, being a mother requires you to do ten jobs at once - and that's on a quiet day! Too often your own needs get overlooked as you wear yourself out putting everyone else first.

You have to take care of yourself, or you won't be fit to look after your family. Being constantly tired takes its toll, and you will lack energy, then concentration, then lose patience and become angry more often . . .

These are just a few symptoms which indicate how stress can affect you, and ignoring them only makes them build up until your body makes you slow down and take notice.
