Having a playful outlook on life is the best way to make the most of every experience that comes your way.

Start with a smile - it's always welcoming, and acts as lubrication to smooth over new introductions, or tricky situations.

Always keep a look out for anything funny that happens - laughter is excellent exercise! Studies have shown that children under the age of five laugh up to 300 times a day, but adults laugh only 15 times a day - now, that is very sad!

An early report by Paskind et al revealed that post-laughter relaxation can last up to 45 minutes. One of the best additional benefits that I love with Z Point is the release of laughter, and sometimes uncontrollable giggling can erupt! There isn't a better way for me to lose the stress of a problem, have fun, then feel wonderfully relaxed afterwards.

Even if you don't feel like rolling in the grass, get in touch with nature as often as possible. Researchers at Anglia Ruskin University in England believe that ecotherapy can benefit your health.

Walk on grass, earth and sand with bare feet to benefit the most. Being out in the open air is essential to feeling as good as possible. Vitamin D from the sun is one of the best protections against diseases such as cancer and arthritis, and we are now being told to use less sun block to allow it to work as nature intended.

Find some leaves to kick, feel the wind blow through your hair, laugh like a child, and have fun today!
