No matter where you find yourself over the holidays, make sure you get plenty of rest. Closing your eyes just for a few minutes helps to restore your energy levels.
Even though previous Prime Ministers such as Winston Churchill and Margaret Thatcher managed to run the country on very little sleep, they'd both perfected the art of snatching catnaps in-between meetings.
Holidays are as emotionally draining as they can be physically. Make sure you look after yourself, and tell yourself Christmas is only for one day!
I hope everyone has a wonderful time, and you receive everything you wish for. I'd like to thank you all for supporting my new site. I've loved 'meeting' you all, and I look forward to more sharing in 2011. Make the most of the holidays, and enjoy the break from work. With lots of catnaps you may even return with more energy and enthusiasm!ZPoint can help heal relationships, pour oil over troubled waters, and restore peace. Here is a free ZPoint Process session (for a limited time), for you to experience what it feels like to relax deeply, and find peace."There is more refreshment and stimulation in a nap, even of the briefest, than in all the alcohol ever distilled." - Edward Lucas"A day without a nap is like a cupcake without frosting." - Terri Guillemets
Everyone has experienced when life throws too many challenges at the same time, and we just freeze, and find ourselves unable to think clearly.
It can be hard to make decisions when we're overloaded, but we need to be kind to ourselves and remove pressure. Take time to be quiet, and listen to beautiful music or a meditation, and allow yourself to feel calm again.
Then make a list, and choose whatever has the highest priority. Write that on a separate page, so you aren't distracted and overwhelmed by how much needs your attention. Everything can wait until you're able to deal with them individually. Focusing wholly on one issue at a time is the only way to reach satisfactory solutions.
As soon as you have solved one problem, give yourself a treat, and feel proud that you've faced up to it, and come through the other side. Instead of remaining frozen with fear, as soon as you find the answer to one thing, you know you have the ability to resolve the rest. Remember to take breaks often to clear your mind. When you sit quietly ideas will come to you, and you will become used to sifting through them until you know you have the right one. If you don't find peace, your mind will be too full of confusion, and you won't be able to think logically. Once you lift yourself out of your frozen state, you will find things begin to flow again. It takes action to bring results, but only by being methodical will you achieve the right outcome for you. Doing anything out of blind panic will only make things worse.ZPoint is an excellent way to detach from worries, sadness, and stress. Within minutes you feel calmer, peaceful, and fully relaxed. ZPoint can restore sleep, even after months of disturbed nights. Being useful to others is a very good way to break through feelings of overwhelm. Enjoy this cat video - it definitely loves the snow a lot more than me!"Advice is like snow - the softer it falls, the longer it dwells upon, and the deeper in sinks into the mind." - Samuel Taylor Coleridge
Everyone's life is controlled by habits. The choice you have is whether they're good or bad habits.
It's easy to hold on to comfortable patterns and routines, but stopping to take stock regularly is a good new habit to take up. Become aware of your thoughts, and don't let your unconscious keep you stuck. It's always possible to form new beliefs and change - whatever your age.
The Law of Attraction has been followed for centuries, as it was observed that what we habitually think about becomes part of our experience. Once you learn how to control your thoughts you can start to direct your results, and manifest what you want in your life. This is called 'deliberate creation'.
Take time to be clear on why you want more abundance. Once you choose those who need your support, then abundance will begin to flow to you. There's nothing wrong in living well, but if you only think about the latest gadget, then the universe has less reason to send you money, because it would place those who give higher up the list.
Give freely without worrying about how you will earn more, and abundance will always cover your generosity.

There is one word that is responsible for more torment and upset than almost any other.
And that word is? ... 'Why' ... When it's used beyond the everyday context of curiosity, with no obvious answer, asking why means you replace all sense of balance with endless frustration.
How many times have you listened to friends (and yourself!) repeatedly asking why at the end of a relationship? It's pointless, because you never know how the other person is thinking, no matter how close you were before.
Asking why is just adding to the hurt as you dig up every possible reason, and turn over everything you might have done or said wrong. When you ask why without any chance of hearing a comprehensive reply that completely heals your pain, which is highly unlikely after an emotional break-up, you just go round in circles. Eliminate why and you will also remove drama from your life.
The automatic response of asking why after you face any sadness or trauma immediately puts you into the victim mode. Nobody can explain exactly why awful things happen, they're part of life's rich pattern, and they happen to everyone.
Continually asking 'Why me?' keeps you stuck in that place of pain. Comfort and heal yourself instead of torturing your mind with that question which is impossible to answer. Where there's possibility there's hope, so facing up to the fact that it's hopeless to expect to hear what you want to hear is the first step to break out of the cycle. If your emotions swing from high to low you can't think straight, or make rational decisions. You know you are the only person who can control your moods, so choose to have peace of mind - delete 'why' - and restore balance to your life. ZPoint is the perfect way to eliminate the rollercoaster of emotions. You can take any pain through the process, and it's ability to affect you is removed. You still have the memory, but it doesn't have any hold over you any more. ZPoint gives you the opportunity to stand back and see situations more clearly and calmly, so you make the right choices for you.ZPoint replaces sadness with peace, contentment, and deep happiness - a much better way to live than with the torment of 'why'."Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds. Won't you help to sing the songs of freedom?" - Bob Marley
Having a playful outlook on life is the best way to make the most of every experience that comes your way.
Start with a smile - it's always welcoming, and acts as lubrication to smooth over new introductions, or tricky situations.
Always keep a look out for anything funny that happens - laughter is excellent exercise! Studies have shown that children under the age of five laugh up to 300 times a day, but adults laugh only 15 times a day - now, that is very sad!
An early report by Paskind et al revealed that post-laughter relaxation can last up to 45 minutes. One of the best additional benefits that I love with Z Point is the release of laughter, and sometimes uncontrollable giggling can erupt! There isn't a better way for me to lose the stress of a problem, have fun, then feel wonderfully relaxed afterwards.
Even if you don't feel like rolling in the grass, get in touch with nature as often as possible. Researchers at Anglia Ruskin University in England believe that ecotherapy can benefit your health.
Walk on grass, earth and sand with bare feet to benefit the most. Being out in the open air is essential to feeling as good as possible. Vitamin D from the sun is one of the best protections against diseases such as cancer and arthritis, and we are now being told to use less sun block to allow it to work as nature intended.
Find some leaves to kick, feel the wind blow through your hair, laugh like a child, and have fun today!
"The goal of life is living in agreement with nature." - Zeno (335 BC - 264 BC)
Sometimes we can remain stuck in our comfort zones, but being open to alternative choices can improve our lives immensely.
Don't make limits for yourself. Friends who are both much younger and much older broaden our outlook on the world. It's mind expanding having old views thrown out of the window after listening to new opinions.
It's good to shake off old habits, and finding a new friend who you might not have considered before is very rewarding.
Different friends provide support in their own unique way. Don't expect every need to be met by just one person, and you will learn to appreciate each friend more.
If you try something new every day, not only will you stave off Alzheimer's, you will keep life exciting. Try Z Point to remove old memories which keep you stuck in familiar patterns, and free yourself to be open for new experiences.
Enjoy the short, but very sweet, video example of loving friendship to make you smile.
"In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit." - Albert Schweitzer
