If we did the same, we would be letting go of the tensions we pick up unconsciously. Have you ever woken up in a really good mood, thrilled because the sun is shining, and you're excited to be starting a new project?

Then the first person you smile 'hello' to responds with a grunt, the second ignores you, the third dumps all their problems on you ... Now how do you feel?
