Everyone has issues to deal with, it might be your health, losing your job or not being happy at what you do, not having enough money, worrying about your family.

Forget about watching the news on TV or buying newspapers, and make every effort to constantly lift your mood. Don't get sucked into the story that the economy is so bad that hard times are inevitable. It's impossible to make sense of whole countries going bankrupt, so don't even try. Leave it to those who are paid to deal with it all, and simply focus on resolving whatever is closest to you.

Avoid anyone who always has a negative viewpoint, they will drain your energy, and make it much harder to find your own solutions. When you feel positive you will attract others with the same outlook who will support you, and keep your goals alive as real possibilities. The boost they give you is invaluable, and not worth trading for even a tiny amount of negativity. Real friends want the best for you, so cherish them when you find them.

You're not being selfish by running away from negative people. If your own energy is lowered so that you can't improve your own life, then you can't be in a position to help others. Once you've used Z Point regularly to release all the negativity from your past, then you've made room to attract everything you really do want.

This will horrify anyone who believes only the white of an egg should be eaten - but I don't believe in faddy diets, and I think natural food is good for us. Anyway, I have an omelette most mornings, and this week I had 4 eggs in a row with double yolks! I loved the unexpected surprises.

It made me appreciate how something as small as an egg can give me pleasure, and how easy it is to find things to be grateful for. I love simplifying life back to basics. Keeping a record of every little thing I get free or extra means I have proof of abundance. I don't dismiss them, and think it's only when something big happens that the Law of Attraction is really working.

It's working all the time, and by being observant and actively looking for evidence, then feeling happy and grateful, the universe sees we're ready for more. So, don't ignore the money off voucher, or the free drink offer - they're signs of abundance - and they're everywhere.

I love how using Z Point regularly has brought me peace and calm, and a certain knowledge that money will always flow to me from different sources. Freeing myself from stress is a much happier way to live.

If you keep looking back at the past, you miss what is happening today. Too often distant memories are seen through rose-tinted glasses, and time has erased the reality. They keep you stuck, because nothing can compare.

Focusing on the present, and actively looking for things that give you pleasure will help you find happiness. The Law of Attraction is the best way to ground yourself, and create new habits each minute of the day. If your thoughts drift back to the past, remind yourself that your thoughts decide your destination.

I recommend following Michael Losier's book 'Law of Attraction', for easy explanations of how it works. Get clear on what you want, and record everything that comes to you every day, so you have proof of how you can manifest. Seeing that you can improve your life will help you leave the past behind ... because knowing you can open up to possibilities makes life exciting.

I wrote a post back in October about how eliminating the word 'why' would stop a lot of pointless frustration ... but I think it needs reinstating!

I make an exception because you need to know why you do what you've chosen as a career / job / profession / business. Once you have a clear reason, and understand why you were drawn in a certain direction, it can make all the difference to your level of satisfaction.

Don't choose work just because you spent years training for it, or because it's what your parents wanted you to do. Establish exactly why you do it, and once the answers include how much service you provide for others, then you'll have found a way to be both happy and successful.

I know how much I love seeing the results others receive after a session of Z Point. I've just finished editing an interview with a client who I guided through a specific search to find the root cause of his limiting beliefs around money. He was always convinced that money didn't make you happy ... but now he's very happy because he has money flowing towards him in abundance!
