Taking time to look at life differently is always worthwhile. Try changing one habit today. Even if it's just stopping to look out of the window when you're washing up, and really observe the view. Appreciate anything beautiful which is growing, and notice the colours. It might make you want to take 5 minutes to go outside for some fresh air. That's all it takes to change the automatic pilot we often run on.
