Many studies have shown that holding on to anger increases stress hormones and muscle tension which causes pain. Three research results prove how the body reacts to anger and negative emotions, increasing the level of pain experienced.

Whether the study participants had existing pain or not, anger amplified the sensations of pain reported during three different methods of testing. Nobody wants to feel pain, so finding ways to manage anger is essential.

Z Point is known as a peaceful process because it removes stress, and also feelings of anger. I know how grateful clients are to be free of the cloud of anger which prevents rational thoughts, enabling them to find solutions in a calm frame of mind.

Grant Connolly, who teaches how to manage emotions with Z Point, has an excellent programme to eliminate anger. It's worth checking out, because he provides a money back guarantee - so you've nothing to lose - except pain.

Anger stems from fear, see a previous post which explains how fear prevents us from making the choices which would give us the lives we deserve.

Most people who are on the receiving end of anger wouldn't imagine that, and very few stay around to understand how fear causes angry outbursts.

You don't need to spend months, and sometimes years, working through the causes behind your negative emotions. Z Point clears everything without having to re-live unpleasant memories. It really is the easy answer to improving your life. Try Grant Connolly's eliminating anger programme for only $47.

A very small price to regain control of your emotions, have happier relationships - and relieve the main cause of pain.

This video shows the effects of anger compared with how Z Point makes you feel after each session.

"Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one getting burned." - Buddha
