Another word I think should be banned (see post on deleting 'why' for peace of mind) is 'perfection'. I think the only thing that can accurately be described as perfect is a newborn (child or animal!).

As soon as we are able to react to our environment we develop personalities with their attendant flaws. They form part of a unique package, which saves us from being boring clones.

We should learn to accept everything about ourselves, and stop making judgements and comparisons . . . and definitely stop striving for perfection. We need more peace and relaxation in our lives, not endless pressure.

Remember that the subconscious rules 90% of our thoughts, and we have to be alert to catch self-criticism. Get into the habit of changing any thought which isn't as kind as you would speak to your best friend. It's never too late to change, and this is extremely important when we're living in an age where it's deemed normal to scar our bodies with plastic surgery in the search for 'perfection'.

Once you learn to be completely happy and content with yourself, then your self confidence will grow, and you won't accept criticism from others either. Only surround yourself with those who support you, and walk away from anyone who is negative towards you.

Z Point is ideal for removing unhappiness, no matter where the cause originated. It releases old issues, and gives you a deep sense of peace. Learn how to rediscover your natural bliss with the free eBook on the right.

Look out for a series of 4 week courses coming soon. They will be for small groups, so that you will receive individual attention, as well as the support of the group on the weekly calls.

I'll be covering issues such as 'Stuck In Overwhelm', 'Stress At Work', 'Disruptive Anger', 'Memories From Childhood', 'Unhappy Relationships'.

Please let me know if you have a subject which you would love to have cleared, that would also benefit others. Z Point works on a general level, and you don't have to disclose any private details for it to be effective.

Take this opportunity to release old habits which are holding you back, and release yourself to be the best you can be - much healthier than perfection!

"Striving for excellence motivates you; striving for perfection is demoralizing." ~ Harriet Braiker

"Certain flaws are necessary for the whole.  It would seem strange if old friends lacked certain quirks." ~ Goethe

I want you to feel confident when you speak English. So right now, in fact, you need to put your shoulders back and I want to see a smile on your face and I want your chest to be up and I want you to breathe deeply
