Did you used to love painting at school, but you can't find the time or space to start again?
Use this holiday to plan for 2012, and decide this is the year you make time to rediscover your favourite talents that give you satisfaction. If you leave your special gifts hidden away, part of you won't ever feel complete.
Even if you're not creative, make a list of all the gifts you have locked away inside. You don't have to produce something you can hold, the best gifts come from within. All the things you take for granted, or don't value, can mean a lot to others. Being a good listener would be high on my list for a friend, and it's a skill that can help in so many ways.
Being able to remove sadness with a smile is a gift beyond price. If you can share love freely, without judgment or inhibition, you are changing the world in a lasting way, and that will always be worth more than the latest gadget which will be out of date in months.
Look at the list of your own talents and gifts daily, and add to it often. Remind yourself how much you have to offer the world, and how you make a difference. Reinforce your sense of worth, and grow your self confidence.
If you ever doubt yourself, or start to criticise yourself, check your list, and find proof that you really can do more than you think sometimes. Once you get into the habit of blocking negative thoughts with positive ones, you will feel able to attempt goals you'd told yourself you couldn't possibly achieve before.
The Z Point Process is a wonderfully relaxing way to rid yourself of all the old conditioning working away constantly in your subconscious. All the times you were told you weren't good enough can be erased, so that you can release all of your gifts - and feel truly fulfilled.
Happy Christmas!
