This is the time of year when you make plans, and set your goals for the whole year. I suggest you find ways to help to you stick to them, because failed New Year Resolutions are more common than successful ones.

That's mostly because the end result can seem both enormous and very distant. Break your goal down into monthly, and then weekly steps, so they feel easily attainable. Build in treats, fun, and relaxation, so that you reward yourself for reaching each step, and also ensure that you have the stamina to keep going.

Z Point is the perfect way to keep on top of daily stress, so that you're cleared to have a peaceful night's sleep, and nothing builds up. Starting each new day with a clear mind keeps you focused on the future, instead of being stuck worrying about what went wrong yesterday.

There will always be days when you have doubts, and I save a selection of inspirational proof that anything is possible. It also helps to follow others who've achieved the same dreams that you have, so that you can see the reality is within your reach.

These three amazing people prove that age is just a number, and show that you should remove any limitation you place on yourself. Growing older does not automatically mean that you have to slow down, and that you should expect your body to become weaker. I hope they make you think twice when you start to think you can't do something - they've thrown the word 'can't' out of the window!
