If you have an issue which keeps coming to light every time you make a New Year Resolution, then you know it's something you would really love to change.
Just because you haven't been able to achieve your goal before, it doesn't mean you should give up - only that you need to find the solution that works for you.
There are many reasons why you fail, and only you know when you're ready to make a change, and stick to it until you succeed. Knowing you 'should' do something for a logical reason isn't enough - you have to feel it's your time as a gut instinct.
My mother died only 3 months after her diagnosis of cancer, and I'd gone home to look after her, so I knew very intimately how dangerous smoking was. A year later I also went through the same experiences as my mother - being dismissed by specialists and doctors, until I was lucky enough to have a check up with a trainee, who gave me a basic test which hadn't been done ... and stage 3 cancer was found.
I was more fortunate than my mother, because my operation caught everything, so that I was cleared of cancer. Even after all the physical and emotional pain, I still couldn't stop smoking. This made no rational sense whatsoever, but I couldn't find the inner strength to quit.
I was in a bad relationship which undermined my confidence, so I'd lost my self-worth. After 3 years of telling this man daily to leave my home, he only went after a final violent fight, where he was convinced he'd thrown me down the stairs, and left me for dead.
The next New Year I had one session of hypnotherapy, came out, and lit up a cigarette. I was shocked that I could give in so easily, so I became very strong willed, and determined that I would never smoke again.
The reason I was able to succeed was that I decided I cared about myself. That made all the difference to my life, and I've continued to learn to love myself, and I know that's what is necessary to be able to reach a personal goal.
I wish I'd experienced the Z Point Process back then, it would have made my life so much easier. I would have known how to value myself, and also know that I deserved so much more. I would have cleared the negative history with my father, so that I wouldn't have endured bad relationships.
I'm very grateful that I found Z Point, because it has been so simple to release the past, and be able to forgive everyone and everything. My life is so much better living with peace of mind, instead of anger and resentment.
I've told you this because I know you can feel ashamed and guilty when you can't stop a habit which is harmful to your health. I don't judge anyone, because I understand your mind has its own reasons and memories which explain your present choices. I do know how Z Point can free you from the history locked in your subconscious, so that you're able to make healthier choices in future. Get in touch with any questions, and I will tell you how I can support you to reach your goal.
