Instead, think of something you're looking forward to doing that evening, or at the weekend. Enjoy picturing how much you'll enjoy that experience, and feel the pleasure it will give you. Even if it's just kicking off your shoes, and putting your feet up with a glass of wine - begin to appreciate everything.
Tell yourself that your job is paying for that bottle of wine, and each event that you're looking forward to.

The more you can raise your vibration before you get to work, the more your stress levels will reduce. During your day, take every opportunity to daydream, and see yourself doing what you love to do. Just a couple of minutes takes you out of your unhappy environment, and work will be more bearable.
Find ways to laugh at your situation. Instead of feeling angry at the way your boss treats you, imagine him with a long, curly blond wig, or wearing a child's cartoon t-shirt instead of his suit. Humor always lifts your mood, and actively choosing a silly thought over a sad thought changes your day.
No problem is impossible, and by finding new ways to feel good - no matter what - you will begin to see your life change.
