I learned after travelling abroad for 2 years that moving to escape every bad experience did not change or improve my life. I had to stop running away, and face up to whatever happened. I wish I'd had Z Point all those years ago to help me through my emotional journey, but I'm very grateful it helps me now through every change I make.
