I added these words to one: Let it all go, and begin to create a new story. Start the first line with: "I love myself."
My blog posts are about encouraging you to love yourself, because everything you experience is a reflection of how you feel about yourself.
When you love yourself, you have an inner core of security, which gives you a peaceful confidence. No matter what anyone says to you, or does to you, you know their words and actions are their story - not yours. You don't accept anything that will make you feel less than loving.
Many of us are in physical circumstances that aren't conducive to feeling love - but we need love the most. When you learn to love yourself, you have that center to return to - no matter what. You know how much better you feel when you focus on love, instead of on the present state of everything outside of you.
This might sound like burying your head in the sand, but love gives you the strength to endure temporary challenges. These challenges fade faster the more you focus on love, because you're creating a new you from the inside out.
When you know without any doubt that you only deserve love, that is what you will attract. The more you pay attention to every small sign of love - the more you will see.
You can only ever change what you experience in life by changing yourself first.
You can go through the motions of what you know will attract more of what you want - but it won't last. You will keep on returning to the same place until you, yourself, are in a different place. This starts from your mind - your thoughts create how you feel, and allow you to develop a new story every day until it reads: "And I lived happily ever after!".
I release fear to reveal love with ZPoint, and my mantra of repeating "love" over and over to cancel out negative thoughts and feelings is the simplest way to let go of your old story, and begin your new one.

"You cannot control circumstances. You never intended to control circumstances. You intended to discover unconditional love. You intended to discover a way to feel good, no matter what, because you have the facility: you have the power: you have the ability to focus." ~ Abraham-Hicks
