After you've followed steps 1 to 4, and you know absolutely this dream is right for you, and you feel excited inside whenever you think about it being a reality - then you're ready.
I've always wanted to live by the sea, but deep inside I didn't think it was really possible. I spent hours looking at foreign destinations - loving the views, but not feeling they were right for a number of different reasons.
I knew if I wanted to move I had to face having builders in to maximize the potential of my Victorian home - and for the last two years they made me very grateful I can release huge amounts of stress with ZPoint! I have a vivid imagination, but I couldn't see how the house was ever going to be finished and ready for sale.
Even after the first people to view took me through two months of the legal selling process before playing games, I still never gave up. I took time to recover, and then started to notice the Universe sending me signs. A friend suggested I made a Kindle book of quotes about the sea, and I loved everything about it from finding and editing beautiful photos to collecting the words which re-ignited my passion for the sea.
Later, a house on the other side of my street came up for sale, with an open day for viewings the next day. I knew this was a big push from the Universe, and I was able to get my brilliant online agents to put my house back on all the websites in time - with a matched increase of £10,000! I printed off a For Sale sign for my front window, which said viewings started in three weeks - and after all my previous ordeals, I was able to find the right workmen to finish all the last details off so I finally felt good about everything.
The first couple to view again are now buying my house. I finally believed it was happening, so I started to look seriously for somewhere to live, and decided on one town. I've tried to negotiate with the most incompetent estate agents, and endured massive frustration. After paying for a survey on one property - but the sales team still didn't contact me as promised - I didn't know what more I could do, and the buyers were pushing for a moving in date as they're starting new jobs here.
I saw a new apartment come online for sale, and even though it's small - not only does it have the unobstructed sea view I've been searching for, it has a lift, a parking space - and a balcony! Any one of these is rare with a view, but all three is amazing! The day after I spoke with the estate agent, who confirmed it was vacant with the seller also wanting a quick transaction, I received the memorandum of sale, and my solicitor started acting on the purchase! (Yes, that agent did get a bouquet of flowers delivered!)
The speed at which everything fell into place is incredible.
I've learned that the Universe knows what is right for me - and it definitely knows how to make it happen.
When everything is going wrong - it's because the Universe is finding ways to direct you to your dream, and it won't let you settle and make do with less.
Through everything I've held on to my vision, and imagined myself looking out at the sea every day. I knew it was going to happen, and that was my focus. My job was to keep picking myself up after every wrong turn, let go of previous disappointments, and reinforce my belief that everything would work out.
Hold on to your dream - anything really is possible. Get in touch to release the stress that comes from really wanting something, and not knowing how to make it happen. You will be able to relax and let the Universe take care of the details, and build a vision of what your dream already looks and feels like. Keep that feeling alive, and you too can come through anything to make it a reality.
