A scientific study found that practising self-acceptance could make the biggest difference to your happiness.
5,000 people were surveyed by the charity Action for Happiness, in conjunction with Do Something Different. The survey revealed 10 habits that were found to be strongly linked to overall satisfaction with life.
Acceptance is the habit that predicts that satisfaction most strongly, but it was the habit that people practised the least, with the lowest score. Almost half the respondents rated accepting themselves at 5 or less, out of 10.
If you find it hard to accept yourself, and appreciate all of your unique qualities, it will be because of how you were spoken to, and treated, in the past. If you were criticized, and put down, you will find it difficult to believe you are worthy of the same attention as you give to others.
I can help show you that whatever anyone said or did - it wasn't true - and it doesn't have to affect you any longer.
When you release everything that is locked in your subconscious, you will have permanently detached your emotions from past incidents. This is the only way that you can free yourself to accept all of yourself, exactly as you are now.
I make accessing your unconscious mind, and letting go of everything that holds you back, easy. Just by relaxing, and feeling increasingly more relaxed with ZPoint, you can change your life. Accepting yourself is the biggest gift you can give yourself, and it will free you to receive everything that you have held yourself back from.
