"Don't dig up in doubt what you planted in faith." ~ Elisabeth Elliot
You are better off planting your seed of desire and leaving it alone for nature to take care of, than checking it every day and noticing that nothing has changed.
The more focus you place on what hasn't happened yet, the more you stop the flow that wants to come to you.
When you can believe 100% that the seed will grow, and bloom into everything you've envisioned, then that is what you will see.
Your job is to catch the doubts as soon as they enter your mind, and deflect them instantly. You don't have to say positive affirmations to yourself along the lines of it's already here - because you know that's not true.
Always keep the process simple, and when you find a phrase that feels comfortable for you it's easier to respond with it automatically. Use something like, "I'm in the process of receiving . . . " When it feels true - it is true, and the more you learn to trust how you feel, the faster you're able to manifest.
Learning to relax around whatever you want will bring it to you. Feeling stressed and anxious only gets in the way, and has no benefits whatsoever.
Treat your mind as though you were still a child, and turn your negative thoughts into having fun. This stops you from becoming frustrated with yourself - patience is a valuable skill that takes time to achieve.
When you hear a doubt creep into your conscious mind, turn it into a child's voice on a long car journey repeatedly asking, "Are we there yet?". Feel the excitement of knowing you'll be arriving somewhere you love, and laugh at yourself for checking on why your goal isn't here yet.
Children have no concept of time, and expect everything to happen straight away, which is good because they haven't learned all the ways we interrupt the flow with the limiting beliefs we collect as we grow up.
When you balance the childish expectations of demands being met without any doubts, with the patience of an adult - then you have the solution to manifesting whatever you want.
If you want to be able to let go of all the stress around wanting to reach your destination faster, so you feel relaxed and connected to knowing it will manifest - get the Kindle introduction to ZPoint with a full session that you can repeat regularly to achieve the bliss of patience.

“Learn the art of patience. Apply discipline to your thoughts when they become anxious over the outcome of a goal. Impatience breeds anxiety, fear, discouragement and failure. Patience creates confidence, decisiveness, and a rational outlook, which eventually leads to success.” ~ Brian Adams

“The keys to patience are acceptance and faith. Accept things as they are, and look realistically at the world around you. Have faith in yourself and in the direction you have chosen.” ~ Ralph Marston
