After leaving my nightmare home-of-constant-renovations behind, I'm appreciating every moment of heavenly peace. My new flat isn't perfect - that will take time - but my sea view is. I fill myself every day with love and gratitude, and the difference from living with stress and unhappiness is night and day. I love living with my head in the clouds!
I left all the unhappiness, and all the memories of anger and frustration, behind. It's exhausting having to constantly release pressure to find peace. Now peace is my only focus, and I won't ruin it by bringing the past with me.
If I spent a second on hate, and searching for revenge, I'd be taking a second away from loving the beauty of where I live.
I don't follow a formal religion, but I enjoy becoming more spiritual. I love learning, and connecting to what feels right for me. I often come across karma being the answer to repay those who've treated you badly. That is not the essence of any spiritual practice.
Everything comes from, and leads to, love.
You are not loving yourself if you allow thoughts of revenge to eat away inside you. And you are not loving yourself if you think karma is the spiritual answer. Loving yourself is letting go completely, and not giving retribution a passing thought.
Loving yourself is feeling good - no matter what. It does not feel good to have negative thoughts towards others. What you think is what you feel, so becoming more conscious of your thoughts gives you the ability to lift up your emotions.
There are a lot of quotes gloating about watching karma get someone back - why would you put your own life on hold to watch out for someone's misery? Pay attention to making your life the best it can be - and that doesn't have any room for wanting others to suffer.
It doesn't matter what you have been put through - allowing negative thoughts to continue gives them permission to continue to make you feel bad.
Any day is a good one to start a new way of thinking.
Instead, use the notion of karma in the Law of Attraction sense - and focus on the good things you want to receive. Sending out nasty vibes to anyone in your past won't return love and peace to you - only more upset.
Being conscious of the words you use, even in jokes, changes you. When you don't waste time on hate and revenge, you can make time to focus on creating peace. The more you love yourself, the more you know this is all you will accept. You will no longer care about what happens to anyone from your past, because you know it isn't worth upsetting your sense of calm and balance.
Only forgiveness is the best karma - not success, because that is making your results dependent on the opinions of others. Nothing else matters when you do everything that makes you feel good. Being happy for yourself feels wonderful.
If you have feelings of hate towards anyone, for any reason, I can release it with ZPoint. Free yourself to choose peace, and love living the difference.
