Three weeks ago I wrote about being flexible, like reeds blowing in the wind, to be able to survive anything you encounter. I found this video of the cute little bird who is completely in tune with nature, and it understands that going with the flow gives it the opportunity to fly on to its destination when the time is right.
The bird doesn't waste energy struggling against the wind, it waits patiently until it's in the flow and ready to fly away.
Fighting against whatever situation you're in, that you want to escape from, only keeps you stuck receiving more of the same. When you accept everything that is happening, and feel relaxed, then you enter the flow where the solution is waiing for you.
Feeling relaxed when you're bursting with stress is your biggest challenge - but it's the one you have to master if you want to tune into the flow, and make life easier for yourself.
The ZPoint Process allows you to release all your negative emotions in an effortless way, so you gradually feel more peaceful as they're replaced with deep relaxation. It really is possible to go from upset to calm in minutes - get the full ZPoint session with the simple Kindle book, How To Reduce Stress The Stress-Free Way.
It doesn't matter what the situation is, or what emotion you're going through, you can let it all go so you stop repeating it over and over in your head - and free yourself to move forward again.
Feeling as free as a bird after being stuck and struggling is amazing, and you allow joy to return. Every issue we go through is a way to learn how to grow. As Wayne Dywer says:
"Everything is an opportunity to grow, or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose."
You grow when you flow!
ZPoint helps you along your journey, and you'll find the more often you go with the flow, the more you grow as you hear, see, and feel the guidance you need when you're still, and at peace.
"All things change. There is nothing in the whole world which is permanent. Everything flows onward; all things are brought into being with a changing nature; the ages themselves glide by in constant movement." ~ Ovid
"Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don't resist them - that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like." ~ Lao Tzu
