Building a wall to hide behind is common when you've had a bad experience, but it won't protect you from feeling hurt. Instead, you're blocking up your heart, and preventing yourself from receiving the love you need to heal.
The wall only keeps your hurt inside you, so it grows stronger and affects you more deeply. The wall prevents others from getting close enough to help you.
Once you lose your trust, and put your faith in building up a wall instead, you are creating a sad life. I know - I've lived that sad life, where I acted strong and independent, but what takes real strength is reaching out, and asking for support.
Because I recognize why you build a wall, and I empathize with all the reasons behind it, I'm asking you to start taking it down, one brick at a time. This is the only way you can touch the love and happiness that is waiting for you.
You think you're keeping pain at a distance - but you're not - you're distancing yourself away from love.
Living without love is true pain. It causes more pain than your original hurt ever will.
You are born full of love, and you receive unconditional love as an innocent baby. That is your natural state, and the blissful happiness of love is what you need to return to.
I understand that someone has reservations when they try ZPoint for the first time, but I'm asking you to trust yourself, and allow that wall to be left behind. I know that with ZPoint I can gently dissolve that wall, and I will release the source of your original pain, but you could experience the essence of pure joy much sooner - and that is all I want for you.
I don't want you to carry around the heavy load of that brick wall. I don't want you to find everyday issues stressful. When you unload every last brick, you know they're not important - the only thing that is important is focusing on what you love to do, and keep repeating it.
Start dismantling your wall today, and let love back into your heart.
