You can tell yourself that you're fine, and you can cope with everything, but when you catch an angry thought, you will also notice your shoulders are raised, and your tongue will be more rigid on the roof of your mouth.
Just from your unconscious thoughts you are causing tension and pain in your neck and jaw. Because every part of your body is linked, protracted feelings of anger will lead to back pain and headaches.
You can go to doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists, have X-Rays, MRI scans - and receive any number of different diagnoses - but nothing with take away your pain until you release the underlying cause.
Doctors, with respect, are severely limited when it comes to pain, and they can only hand out painkillers - which don't kill the pain, and they will only add to your problems. There hasn't been a drug invented that cures pain without any side-effects.
Instead of searching for a name to call your pain, and instead of attempting to mask your pain with pills - stop, because you already have the answer.
When you're in control of your mind - you're in control of your body. And when your body is free from pain, and fully relaxed, your mind is free from stressful thoughts.
By experiencing ZPoint regularly, you have the power to release all the negative thoughts that come from your subconscious. You don't have to know what they are - but if you feel angry, you know that they're there.
All you have to do is take your feelings through the ZPoint Process, and they will gradually recede until you feel absolutely calm. Your shoulders will drop into their natural, comfortable position, and your tongue will be resting softly on the floor of your mouth.
I've just used two physical symptoms which you can easily recognize, and they're useful barometers to ensure you're balanced internally and externally. There are many more symptoms caused by anger, such as tightness in the chest, a knot in the stomach, and your health will greatly improve once you address the root source to let it all go.
One example of how ZPoint can relieve even acute pain was when I fell flat on my back on a concrete floor. I could hardly breathe for the overwhelming pain, and I couldn't stop myself from crying. I knew no drug could take that amount of pain away, so I went through the Process, and my whole body eased so that I could cope, and get a good night's sleep.
If I hadn't used ZPoint I would have ended up in far more pain, because my mind instantly began racing away with the fear of all the restrictions I could face with that amount of back pain, which prevented me from moving.
I know when you quieten the mind, your body relaxes - and the reverse is also true - when your mind is full of anger, your body is full of tension. It's impossible to think clearly when you're consumed by anger, which always stems from fear.
ZPoint isn't about suppressing anger - it allows you to safely express everything that has built up inside you. You can dump every thought, memory and feeling - going back as far as you like. You might start because you feel angry with a work colleague, and as you progress through the Process, you might have a connection to your father come to the surface. You simply collect all your feelings and release them with each round.
Whatever your experience, and even when you're not consciously aware of the reason for your anger, your unconscious is being cleared effortlessly for you.
This is the quick and easy way to release all your anger, and prevent it from developing into chronic pain. Look after your mind - and it will look after your body.
