Are you worrying about paying your bills?
Do you worry what you look like?
Do you get upset at the opinions of others?
Each and every time you worry about one of these layers, you attach it to you more closely, until it becomes a part of who you are.
Every day, everywhere you go - you carry the worries with you, and you add more layers, which bind themselves to you even more tightly.
Do you want to be weighed down by worries, or do you want to be free from them?
It's only when you're free from worrying about your issue that you can focus on what you really want. We've all put on a mask for the outside world, and say everything is fine - but those words don't erase how you genuinely feel.
You can do all the right things, say all the right things - but if your unconscious thoughts keep reminding you that you're worried and unhappy, then the surface remedies can't be effective.
Until you make time to address the true, underlying reasons for why you don't have enough money, or you can't lose extra weight, or you can't express your own views - you will always have the same issue turning up time after time. It will turn up in different disguises, but the same pattern will repeat itself until you release the real cause.
What can you let go of to make yourself feel free?
When you make the time to let go of each of these worries, you feel lighter, until you're stripped of all the layers - and become completely free.
Freedom is coming back to who you really are. Freedom is not finding answers outside of yourself. Freedom is listening to your inner thoughts, and liking what you hear.
There is no critical voice saying, "You shouldn't have done that." Instead, you hear a kind, encouraging, and supportive voice saying, "Well done!"
Feeling good about yourself exactly as you are, right now, is freedom.
Knowing you don't need to buy anything to make you happy is freedom.
Get in touch to let go of everything that is preventing you from feeling free. You will relax as your stress releases gradually, until you feel the absolute bliss and joy of being completely free. And that is free of all your fears and worries - not just the issue you started with.
“Accept yourself as you are. Otherwise you will never see opportunity. You will not feel free to move toward it; you will feel you are not deserving.” ~ Maxwell Maltz
"Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want." ~ Margaret Young
