Enjoy this short clip from Pharrell Williams' wonderfully infectious song "Happy". He joined up with the United Nations to celebrate International Happiness Day - see below how to support them.
More than any other feeling or emotion, we want to be happy. But do you know what happiness is, and do you know how to find it?
Happiness can be something you aim for 'when' -
"I'll be happy when I've lost weight."
"I'll be happy when I've got a new job."
"I'll be happy when I move house."
"I'll be happy when I've got a new car."
"I'll be happy when I've got more money."
Happiness is not something you have to wait for, and it isn't dependent on anything - except how you feel, right now.
You're in charge of your feelings, and you're capable of feeling happy with the ZPoint Process. The more you experience the state of peace and balance, through deep relaxation, the more you will know what happiness really is.
There is nothing wrong with aiming for things that bring you pleasure - as long as you understand how they make you feel happier on a temporary basis, which is very different to the constant feeling of true happiness.
You can only enjoy feeling happier when you have created the foundation of happiness and contentment. From this foundation, you will know fleeting joy is enhanced by the security of happiness through inner peace.
Until you work on your emotions daily to let go of everything that blocks you from feeling happy, you will always be buying things to attempt to fill the gaps. This is never possible.
The elusive search for happiness can cause heartache through the need to keep chasing transient 'highs' through drink and drugs, for example. Teenagers can be taught that they need a partner to feel complete, and looking for love to make you happy definitely doesn't work.
We are born to be in harmony with our environment, so everything you do that draws you closer to that balance will raise your levels of happiness and contentment.
I add 'contentment', because happiness can be temporary moments of wild ecstasy, roars of laughter, delight at winning, exciting adrenaline rushes, while feeling content is a deeper, more lasting emotion.
When you aim to feel content, rather than aiming for the highest highs of happiness, then you'll avoid disappointment if you don't reach those highs, and also the crashes when you fall back down again afterwards.
You might think contentment is boring, like a comfortable pair of old slippers, but the feelings of security and safety provide the solid base you need to fly off from, and return to.
You should still fill your life with every opportunity to experience excitement, fun and laughter - we're here to live fully - but when your focus is on achieving contentment, you will feel full and satisfied - and know nothing is missing.
You can have that experience with ZPoint, and it grows stronger the more often you listen to it. I know I wouldn't swap my ability to make myself happy with the promise of a million dollars, if it meant I would be unhappy afterwards.
Being happy with yourself means you want others to be happy too, and this is a very deserving cause to support:

Law of Attraction Quotes:
“There is great value in being happy, because only from the point of being happy can you attract that which you want, but it is also your most natural state of being. If you are not allowing yourself to be happy, you are holding yourself away from who-you-really-are.” ~ Abraham-Hicks
"Some things you’re not letting happen right now because the timing isn’t perfect for you.
Some you’re not letting happen because you are very aware of where you are.
But all things, as they are happening, are happening in perfect order.
And if you will relax and begin saying, “Everything in its perfect time. Everything is unfolding. And I’m enjoying where I am now, in relationship to where I’m going.
Content where I am, and eager for more,” that is the perfect vibrational stance.” ~ Abraham-Hicks
