When you accept this, and don't take it personally (this is another time you never ask "Why?" as in "Why me?"), you take yourself out of the negative feelings of a victim.
If you feel like a leaf being blown this way and that, through outside influences that you can't control, it can seem easier to give up aiming for your goal.
It is only when you're living your "Why" that life becomes easier - because your passion keeps you focused on the vision of your end goal. When you're doing what you love, time just flies by - and you haven't spent a single second worrying, or feeling upset.
This is why it's essential to know what makes you happy, and find a way to do it as often as possible, because you won't even notice most of the obstacles that stop others in their tracks. The more excited you feel about what you do, the more you can find solutions to any challenge, because you can't wait to see the results.
When you know your "Why" you only encounter a pause, where you take time to work around it.
When you feel like a helpless leaf you encounter roadblocks, which make you stop completely.
When you know the direction you're taking, you lose the self-doubt, and stop second guessing every move you make. As you discover the ability to overcome the pauses, your confidence grows, which confirms you're making the right choices.
You will find life flows much smoother when you know, without any doubt, that nothing lasts forever. This keeps you progressing forward, even if sometimes it seems very slowly, and it also reminds you that you have to keep monitoring how you feel.
No matter how much you love what you do - never allow it to take over, so you lose balance. All work and no play only leads to stress, and illness. Making sure your incorporate fun and pleasure into everything you do helps you to stick at your "Why".
By keeping your goal clear, and full of details through feelings and emotions, you are creating it for yourself. You are wholly responsible for your future, and you are wholly capable of making it a successful and happy one.
When you know you can look up to find blue skies on the other side of any obstacle, you will stop building more blocks, and start creating more blue sky.
