This saves all the searching for why you feel uncomfortable emotions, and you can focus on clearing the underlying fear that always exists.
Fear is something that has been instilled in you from childhood, and how you deal with it depends on the messages you were taught.
These are common phrases you will have heard: "I was scared to death", "It scared the life out of me".
Fear is painted in such awful ways that it's not surprising we're afraid of feeling fear. Your unconscious mind is trying to protect you, but it can only send you thoughts from the information it has collected over the years.
You are supposed to learn to be afraid of things which will harm you, such as fire, but sometimes those who cared for you pass on their own fears and limitations which inhibit you. If they don't say "Be careful when you try something new, but have a go - you'll find it exciting, and you'll love how good you feel when you've mastered it," then you haven't been taught how to embrace the natural fear of trying anything new.
When you don't receive encouragement and support to face your fear, and you aren't told how worthwhile the end result will be, you won't be able to see the risks are always outweighed by the rewards. This means you won't even try something that feels scary, and you will miss out on the exhilaration that comes with living freely, and going beyond your perceived limits.
Learning to take risks and experiencing failure is the only way to test who you really are. Nobody got anything right on their first attempt, and the world doesn't end when you make a mistake. If you have a desire to learn how to dance the Tango, or paint a wild abstract, or travel to another country to learn their language - make this the year to do it.
Do you really want to look back on another year and wish you'd tried something new? Regret is a wasted emotion, and it doesn't fill your head with amazing memories on cold winter nights.
Suppressing your inner desires means you fill your life with distractions, some with addictions, but you will never erase the whispers calling for you to do more, and be more. Take that first step, and let ZPoint hold your hand for support.
ZPoint is the safe and easy way to release each and every one of your fears. As you listen to the Clearing Statements communicating with your unconscious, you allow the Process to help you because all you have to do is repeat your Cue Word. I recommend that you choose 'love' if that feels comfortable for you, because ZPoint replaces feeling that knot of fear in your stomach with the liberation of pure love.
You don't have to know why you feel fearful, or search for the incidents that caused these feelings - just begin to let go, and as you sink into relaxation you will find your fears gradually become more distant, until they no longer have any hold over you.
ZPoint has helped me learn so many things I would never have attempted before. I found I love creating Kindle eBooks, and I love helping others designs covers, and format the content, so they can share their interests and knowledge with the world.
"Reading through the pages and thoughts of so many authors and their quotes was humorously inspiring - almost like taking a trip through time, agreeing with every one of their quotes.
I too, am a writer not a storyteller. I am the conveyor and purveyor of thoughts, feelings, emotions, visions and dreams. Like you, sometimes I can't wait to turn the page.
Buy this book, it's a little bundle of joy to read :) " - Jim Ross
It will be free this Thursday, January 16 - please enjoy it.
"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself." ~ Franklin D. Roosevelt
"Fear stifles our thinking and actions. It creates indecisiveness that results in stagnation. I have known talented people who procrastinate indefinitely rather than risk failure. Lost opportunities cause erosion of confidence, and the downward spiral begins." ~ Charles Stanley
