The main thing I love about ZPoint is its simplicity.
I respect everyone who has their own methods, but I believe the whole experience of letting go of everything which causes you stress, also means letting go of everything which is superfluous - and that is everything, apart from love!
That's radical, and not an easy aim - but it should be your aim.
The more you incorporate extra methods, techniques, and tools, the further away you are from believing in yourself. If you feel you need to touch a certain coloured stone 3 times, and face West at 5 minutes past 8 am before you can receive healing . . . then you have erected barriers to receiving healing.
When you're dependent on outside influences which can't be guaranteed, you are placing faith in inanimate objects that can get lost, or exact times when life can intervene and prevent you from being present.
All this removes the power from where it belongs - within you. Trust in yourself, and you don't need to add anything for protection, you will feel safe and strong.
It isn't easy to fully believe that you are enough. But it's the most important lesson you can learn. You can survive on the knowledge you already possess, now. You don't need anything extra.
Once you practice becoming quiet, and allow your inner wisdom to surface, you will feel yourself thrive and blossom. Don't keep all your potential hidden away - let the ZPoint Process reveal it naturally, and peacefully. As you relax, you will let go of the barriers, and feel the clarity of what you really want to do, and be.
Get in touch to find out how wonderful life can be when you've released all those layers and false beliefs - and know that you don't need anything beyond the simplicity of silence.
"Dealing with complexity is an inefficient and unnecessary waste of time, attention and mental energy. There is never any justification for things being complex when they could be simple." ~ Edward de Bono
“This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness.” ~ Dalai Lama
