Worry is a complete waste of your time and energy, and it serves no useful purpose. It causes stress, because you imagine all the things that could go wrong, and make yourself feel awful.
Why would you choose to make yourself feel bad?
The next time you have a decision to make, instead of falling into the pattern of worry, where your thoughts run away building catastrophes - write down a risk assessment. List all the things you fear might happen, everything that makes you feel anxious.
Give yourself a break, and have a cup of tea.
Now you've given yourself some distance from your fears - next to each one, add how likely it is that each one could actually happen. You can number the possibility from 1 to 10 if you like. Mostly, when you write your worries down, your mind is able to remove itself from the strong emotions that upset you.
Don't keep your worries to yourself, it's possible to release them peacefully as you relax deeply with ZPoint. You really can feel free and happy.
Listen to the beautiful voice of Rebecca Ferguson, and choose to run free, fly away, and feel happy:
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." ~ Buddha
"If you look to others for fulfillment, you will never be fulfilled. If your happiness depends on money, you will never be happy with yourself. Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the world belongs to you." ~ Lao Tzu
"In our lives, change is unavoidable, loss is unavoidable. In the adaptability and ease with which we experience change, lies our happiness and freedom." ~ Buddha
