Your past history can link old images to a present situation. For example, if you have bad memories of someone who wore a blue jacket, you can be triggered every time you see a blue jacket, and leap to the conclusion that everyone who wears a blue jacket will cause you harm.
Z Point can release old memories, so that you're no longer affected by blue jackets, or anything else which upsets you. This frees you to view people with a fresh set of eyes. It feels good to lose prejudice, and to be able to treat everyone the same. Changing from expecting people who wear blue jackets to hurt you, to expecting everyone to treat you well is massively liberating.
The Z Point Process is extremely useful to clear limiting beliefs which cause you to judge others. Mostly, when you criticise others it's because you feel inadequate or fearful. Once you stop creating a distance by judging, you will recognise that we're all connected.
You will no longer feel alone, and your compassion for others will grow. When you spend more time being kind to others your life will become simpler, and more peaceful.
Start to look for similarities instead of differences, and you will find shared experiences. We all have the same basic needs, and love is at the core of everything.
"When I am able to resist the temptation to judge others, I can see them as teachers of forgiveness in my life, reminding me that I can only have peace of mind when I forgive rather than judge." ~ Gerald Jampolsky
"Our dependency makes slaves out of us, especially if this dependency is a dependency of our self-esteem. If you need encouragement, praise, pats on the back from everybody, then you make everybody your judge." ~ Fritz Perls
