Don't immediately dismiss your dreams, and bring your focus back to the present. Make time for peace and quiet, and take notes as new ideas appear. Don't edit them, just let them flow onto paper.
When you reflect on them later, you will know which dream you are especially drawn to. Don't question the practicalities of how it will become reality, just trust that it will.
