Life is a lot easier when I stop trying to push things along, or wish they could be different. It feels much better to sit back, and know things will work out in their own good time, in their own way.
That isn't the same as giving up, and not trying. Learning how to stop is contrary to how business is taught - you are supposed to always be dynamic, and striving to be the best . . . but under this pressure you will burn yourself out. When you know how to relax, and let those pressures go, you will achieve a life of balance.
Combining patience with perseverance took even longer to learn . . . but it has been very worthwhile. I've now published 18 Kindles on Amazon, which still seems unbelievable - but very exciting at the same time! I have stayed up far too late, far too many times, but I've persevered from one challenge to the next, because I've found a way to work with quotes that I've always loved.
That is the answer to being able to persevere, and see a goal through to the end - find something you love doing! That is the only way you will feel inspired to wake up each day, looking forward to everything life brings, and it's the only way, when you meet challenges, that you will keep going to find ways around them.
Stop beating yourself up for not sticking at things you don't enjoy! Don't listen to all the ways others beat you up - with words like procrastination, which make you feel useless, lazy, inefficient. You are none of those things! All you need is to relax, let go, and allow your true talents to come through. I couldn't have found the patience, or perseverance, to learn how to publish Kindles without the ZPoint Process.
Now I'm able to release the stress of obstacles, instead of it building up, so that I became too frustrated to see clearly, and then I gave up. Now, the parts I don't like doing are not huge mountains, blocking my way. I can face them calmly, and by taking things slowly, one step at a time - the mountain soon becomes a molehill.
Quotes have motivated and inspired me, and now I'm sharing them in Kindle compilations. I know there are many Kindle quote books already, but instead of giving up before I started, I found ways to create unique versions. I started by combining my love of photography, and I've published the Quotes of Love Series, which give a different way to send a greetings card. Each of the quotes Kindles includes a link to free motivational quotes, with photos, for your mobile phones.
The latest Kindle on offer for free this weekend is "MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES FOR ENTREPRENEURS: Inspire Your Way To Success". It has 234 quotations, and I have designed this book to have three choices for each of the 26 subjects:
Candle - The peaceful glow of candlelight provides inspiration.
Fireplace - The sparks of the fire light up your ambition.
Bonfire - The heat of roaring flames will activate your success.
“Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.” - Golda Meir
This makes the book flexible and interactive, because you can decide what mood you are in when you select a subject. When you choose from each of them, you will find that you develop a more balanced view, and that is the best way to succeed as an entrepreneur.
I hope this book helps you to persevere, and reach your goals.
