Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley discovered that those who regularly have positive emotions have less inflammation in their bodies. This means less pain, and less ill-health.
The emotion that gave the strongest result was awe.
Awe is defined as anything that gives you goosebumps, and it can be anything you love from scenery, to animals, to music. The researchers recommended a site called Phenomena, launched by National Geographic, which is run by science writers.

I've added some views for you to pause, and take time to appreciate the miracles of nature that exist in every corner of the world.
As you look at each one, feel gratitude and appreciation that we live in an age of computers, where we can access beauty at any moment we choose. I hope you'll choose to keep searching for beauty to fill you with awe, and keep you feeling healthy and happy.
When you appreciate everything that nature has to offer, for free - I hope you'll make the effort to protect it. The more we destroy nature, the more we destroy ourselves.
