Instead of seeing things which annoy you, you'll be able to overlook them and find something else to be grateful for.
Get into the habit of listing a few things to give thanks for as you lie in bed, before you get up every morning. No matter what you're going through, if you have a bed and a roof over your head - you have at least 2 things to be thankful for.
The more you focus on every little thing that gives you pleasure, the more you remove yourself from stress. You will find that you can improve your mood, and when you lift your energy you will notice more things come into your life that will raise you up even more.
At the end of each day make a list in a notebook of at least 3 things you found to be grateful for, and when you feel stuck you can look back and see how much you have in your life. Everything counts - a friend sending a link to a positive video, a money off voucher, a smile from a stranger.
When you keep the notebook with you, you can make a quick note as soon as you notice something that makes you feel good, and this will reinforce your new habit of gratitude.
You don't need money to start to feel grateful, and the more you collect each day - the richer you will feel. By focusing on how much you already have in your life, and saying (and feeling) thanks, your eyes will be open to every new opportunity that comes your way.
When you feel negative, you actually don't see all the good things around you, because you limit your experiences by thinking constantly about everything you're not happy about. You can choose to fill your life with things that make you happy, or with things that keep you unhappy.
The ZPoint Process allows you to let go of everything that you don't want, to make room for what you do want. I'm sure you want more good things in your life, so create the right mood to attract them by saying thanks - right here and now.
It's free on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday - take the opportunity to send thanks to everyone you know, to show how much you appreciate them. This is the easy way to give thanks - no matter where they live.

"This is a beautiful book which will make you stop and think. It's profound, thought provoking and inspiring. The sort of book that you can lose your self in for a few minutes. In fact, enough minutes to move you into a space of loving life. I loved it." ~ AnneMarie Callan
"Sometimes our light goes out but is blown into flame by another human being. Each of us owes deepest thanks to those who have rekindled this light." ~ Albert Schweitzer
“Thankfulness is the beginning of gratitude. Gratitude is the completion of thankfulness. Thankfulness may consist merely of words. Gratitude is shown in acts.” ~ David O. McKay
