The ZPoint Process allows you to communicate with your unconscious mind, so you can release your blocks and limiting beliefs. The more often you experience the deep relaxation, which has the benefits of meditation without any effort, the more the effects accumulate.
You will feel much calmer, and as you slow your pace of life down, you will become more aware of your thoughts. Your thoughts are responsible for how you feel, and how you feel is responsible for the results you see in your life.
Being able to catch negative thoughts, and stop them from taking hold, because they then escalate into creating a bad mood, is the greatest gift you can have. Bad moods do not attract money!
I'm in the middle of having my home renovated, and I couldn't deal with this level of stress-inducing chaos without ZPoint. Silly things like feeling fed up with attempting to wash my plate in a small cloakroom basin - which is entirely justified - I was able to stop escalating into complete frustration, by thinking how fortunate I was to have clean running water. Even if I didn't fully believe it in the middle of my struggle, I instantly recognized that I'd been able to change the direction of my thoughts, and made myself laugh - which is always the best choice!
Finding a more positive thought to stop the negative thought in its tracks is the answer, because the mind can't process two different thoughts at the same time. This is not to say you're not allowed to feel hurt, angry, or sad - but you don't have to keep those emotions around for long enough to drag you down into depression.
Feeling down will never change your circumstances - only raising your mood will do that. But it does take time and practice to catch your negative thought, and change it. Be patient with yourself, and know you're doing the best you can.
You can test for yourself how fast your thought runs away with itself. Focus on thinking about how you don't have enough money for something you really want or need. Your body will begin to feel tense, and your mind will start to connect up all the memories of when you didn't have enough money in the past, and before you know what has happened, you have gone from: "I don't have enough money to pay this month's rent" to: "I never have enough money. I'm going to lose my home."
I know how bad those thoughts make you feel, because stress never feels good. Yet, you have been the cause of how you feel from just one thought. Your mind is ruled by 95% of unconscious thoughts, which means your conscious mind doesn't stand a chance. Or does it?
The only way you can create peace of mind, so you can lift your focus away from negative circumstances, is by stopping that 95% from taking over. It sounds like an impossible task, but you can achieve it with ZPoint.
ZPoint isn't about sticking your head in the sand, and trying to pretend bad things aren't actually happening. Your body will immediately betray you, so you can only deal with reality if you want to feel good. (And how you feel about yourself is how the Universe rewards you.) ZPoint helps you face up to difficult issues, and within a couple of rounds your tension will have eased, and you will continue to relax until you feel wonderful.
You can stop stopping money from coming into your life with ZPoint. It allows your mind to slow down, until all those unconscious thoughts are no longer chasing away out of control. You don't have to force anything, you simply allow the process to help you - and it will.
Once your mind is clear, you will know the right direction to take, and from then on your only job is to remember how good it feels to be this peaceful. The more often you feel good, the more often you will receive things that make you feel good.
"The world is full of a lot of fear and a lot of negativity, and a lot of judgment. I just think people need to start shifting into joy and happiness. As corny as it sounds, we need to make a shift." ~
"It takes but one positive thought when given a chance to survive and thrive to overpower an entire army of negative thoughts." ~ Robert H. Schuller
"When the negative thoughts come - and they will; they come to all of us - it's not enough to just not dwell on it... You've got to replace it with a positive thought." ~ Joel Osteen
