Each time you release a layer, the lighter you become - until you're ready to jump naked into the sea!
How do you feel just thinking about stripping all your clothes off, and revealing all of your true self?
Usually, the first thing is you start worrying about is what you look like, and this is the first thing to let go of to reach the place of knowing what's inside is what's important.
There is a reason why Weight Watchers is a profitable company - they know that losing weight has nothing to do with the food you eat, or the exercise you take. They push processed food at you which is proven to make you gain weight, and become unhealthy - because it makes them money. And each time your diet fails, and you re-join, they make more money.
That is just one example of the massive diet industry that only existed when our lifestyles changed. When more women went out to work, and didn't have time to make meals with fresh ingredients, they wanted everything to be fast and easy. Ready-made meals were seen as the answer - but they were the start of the problem.
It's only when you step away from searching for solutions in the form of diets, pills, and exercises, and work on what is happening inside, that your body will change.
You have to care about yourself. And that's not just caring about fitting into a new dress for a special occasion - that is caring about all of you - all the time.
Until you love yourself, you don't believe you deserve to look good, so you will always find a way to sabotage your latest attempt to lose weight.
You've been hurt by love, so you don't want to attract someone new.
None of your friends are slim, and they'd be jealous of you getting more attention.
Until you resolve the real reasons behind how you feel about yourself, you will never be the size you say you want to be. Your subconscious will always make decisions over anything your logical mind says.
You can have fun experiencing this visualization exercise with a relaxing ZPoint session (and I won't be peeking because I don't use video on Skype!).
Strip off all your layers. Run naked into the sea, and shout out loud, "I'm free!"
Feel the gentle waves welcome all of you, just as you are. They don't suddenly stop their endless ebb and flow because you think you don't fit into a certain stereotype. Nature will always accept you - and your job is to accept yourself.
Watch the sun rise, and the sun set, and know nothing changes - but once you change how you feel about yourself, you'll open up to appreciate and experience so much more.
"Your body has the ability to effectively utilize what you're eating, unless you're angry about it or you're scared about it or unless you're guilty about it.
Your body has the ability to extract from your diet what it needs and wants.
When you don't make peace with the very thing you're eating, you make it harder for your chemical-factory to utilize it. That is the biggest thing that has gone wrong in your diet in your culture today. You used to eat and like your food, now you've made all food your enemy. It is a really rare one of you, that can eat anything and not find something in it that makes you believe you shouldn't be eating it.
You've got this love-hate relationship going on with food. You want it, because the cells of your body are asking for it, and then you give it the food, and before you've even swallowed it, you set up a vibrational wall of resistance which makes it more difficult for your body to utilize the food.
That's why different people can eat identical food, and get different results from it. If it was the food, you'd all get the same results from it.
It isn't what you EAT, it's how you FEEL when you eat it.
It's not what you SAY, it's how you FEEL when you say it.
It's not what you DO, it's how you FEEL when you do it.
It's how you FEEL that MATTERS."
