Instead of focusing on a big goal, which can overwhelm you and keep you stuck, change the way you think about it. It's easy to find evidence that others have achieved what you would love to do, so that creates the thought that if they could do it, then it's possible that you can too.
Whenever you feel yourself struggling, take time to read about how others have overcome the same challenges that you are facing. As long as the possibility exists that the goal can be reached, then that restores hope.
Once your thoughts have been trained to look for proof, you will begin to find it in your own life. Start a list of everything good that has happened during the day. Every little thing counts, from finding a link to a free eBook online, to a discount on something you really wanted. The more you focus on this list, the more good things you will attract.
When doubt creeps in, refer back to your list, and know that the evidence you have collected has established that it is possible for you to receive, and that's the encouragement you need to keep aiming for your goals.
