If the thought of saying yes freezes you into inaction, then you need support to help you move forward. The Z Point Process relaxes you deeply, and you can be guided to uncover the source of your fear. Once this is released, you can visualize how you will enjoy your new experience. When this feels completely right for you, it will be easy for you to say yes - and step into your new future.
The more often you say no, the more you send out negative energy, and you will actually block good opportunities from presenting themselves, because the Universe keeps hearing 'no'.
Instead of looking for reasons why you want to say no, instantly change your thoughts to find ways to say yes. The more often you practice using a yes response, the more open you will become to receiving all the good there is waiting for everyone.
You really can lose your fears, and benefit from all the opportunities available to you. Allow Z Point to make this both simple and effortless.
I hope the cat video makes you laugh too - but in reality, saying no isn't any fun at all!
"When we learn to say a deep, passionate yes to the things that really matter, then peace begins to settle onto our lives like golden sunlight sifting to a forest floor." ~ Thomas Kinkade
"Saying yes means getting up and acting on your belief that you can create meaning and purpose in whatever life hands you." ~ Susan Jeffers
If you know that you say 'no' more than 'yes', please watch the video at the link below to see the brilliant work that is being done in Paraguay. 90% of the girls are pregnant by the age of 14, which perpetuates the cycle of poverty.
The girls who say 'YES' to the chance of an education are very inspiring. They are leaving a whole culture which has existed for generations, and their bravery to want to move forward, while leaving their families and friends behind, is beyond anything any of us will experience.
We've seen with the serious economic problems that whole countries can become bankrupt, and that leaves the rest of the world having to support them. Possibly this situation has been created to highlight that we are all connected, and everyone is our sister, or daughter, or friend. The more we help the poor to help themselves, the richer we'll all become - in every way possible.
If these girls can say 'YES' to a better future - so can you!
