Everyone has bad times, and instead of struggling, which makes you even more upset - accept your feelings. They will pass more quickly, and allow you to return your attention to things that will make you feel better.
Don't give up just because you've had a bad day. Every day is the chance to start again.
The Universe understands your intention, and once you raise your mood you set yourself back on the path towards your goal.
A coach asked what to do after their friends had told them not to help those who were poor, because this would drag her down to their level. The Law of Attraction tells you to avoid negativity - which in this case wasn't those who were too poor to afford the high fees - it was the friends who were filling this coach with nonsense.
You can't catch being poor, and suddenly lose everything you've worked for, and you can't isolate yourself from those in need.
The whole purpose of raising your vibration is to build up the confidence in yourself to know you can cope with whatever you encounter. This is an ongoing process, and keeping tuned in to your feelings is how you remain aware of when you need time for yourself to restore your levels.
You make sure you feel good before you meet those who need your help - then they won't drain you. Instead, your positive vibration will pass on to them, and improve how they feel.
Working to share your talents and your wealth is the reason why we're here. If you're too afraid to mix with those more unfortunate than yourself - you can guarantee you will lose what you have. Money is an energy - and it loves being shared! It does not love being hoarded, and treated with the fear of loss.
Focus on how good it feels to help others, and it won't cross your mind that they will drag you down to their level of poverty. Instead, you will feel richer. Plus, the more you give, the more your heart expands, and the Universe will reward you with even more abundance to share freely.
Your main job every day is to check on how good you feel. When you keep that feeling topped up, you will notice that others around you raise their mood too. This is how to improve your life, and how to distance yourself away from fear.
“You are to become a creator, not a competitor; you are going to get what you want, but in such a way that when you get it every other man will have more than he has now.” ~ Wallace D. Wattles
"Depression seems to be related to fear, anger and frustration. When you're in a bad mood, even if you meet with your friends, you don't take pleasure in their company. But when you're in a good mood, even if things go wrong, you can cope with them without difficulty. This is why putting yourself in a good mood, making a point of developing a sense of loving kindness gives you greater inner strength." ~ Dalai Lama
