When you watch this video you can see that nothing stops the flow of water. Water doesn't stop when it meets a rock in its path - it always finds a way round any obstacle, and continues on its way.
Going with the flow is your number one priority, and that means:
- No stopping to complain when you bump into a block.
- No sharing your complaints with others.
- No stopping to look back.
- No worrying about the future.
Being in the flow is that, and only that, BEING.
As long as you are in the flow, you are moving forward towards your goals. The very moment you stop because of negative thoughts, you are out of the flow.
This does not mean you always have to be rushing mindlessly - it's the exact opposite. Being in the flow requires you to be conscious of your every thought, so you can stop limiting beliefs in their tracks.
Being in the flow means you can feel peaceful wherever you are, and you can achieve that with complete stillness, or in the normal course of your day.
You can access being in the flow through the ZPoint Process, which releases your stressful blocks by communicating directly with your subconscious. The more often you experience ZPoint, the more you will see how much easier life is when you stop trying to fight impossible battles.
Your load will be much lighter when you stop carrying old burdens from the past, and people who don't understand you now.
You will learn not to waste your energy on trying to explain to those who aren't ready to share your journey. By trying to help negative people, you are also keeping yourself stuck by focusing on negative, hopeless situations. Let them know you will be there when they want to move forward.
Everyone moves at their own pace. We're all on different paths, coming from different directions - but when you focus on keeping yourself heading in the right direction, then you will find you meet up with others who are in the same flow as you.
Until you remove the blocks that are weighing you down, you will miss out on all the lovely people who are waiting to share their love and kindness.
Keep watching the water flowing in the video, and every time a doubt comes to mind - tell yourself you're responsible for keeping yourself stuck, because the more you burden yourself with negativity the heavier you become, which makes you hit more rocks on the way.
When you're free of your burdens, and you feel much lighter, you will find your journey is smoother and easier. You will miss the more painful rocks, and because you've learned how to cope with stress, you no longer react to any smaller bumps on your path.
There will always be bumps - but you can choose to have the skills to deal with them - and live life in the flow.
That is the only way you will receive abundance effortlessly - so, choose to be light and free!
