The Mayo Clinic reports that you can reduce stress, and improve your health with laughter. Laughter can soothe tension by stimulating circulation and aiding muscle relaxation, both of which help reduce some of the physical symptoms of stress.

2) EAT CHOCOLATE

Scientists from the Nestlé Research Centre in Switzerland suggest that you eat chocolate every day to reduce stress.

“When you are stressed your body’s chemistry becomes unbalanced,” said Dr Kochhar. “In the long term this can be harmful to your health. We have found that eating a moderate amount of dark chocolate on a daily basis can help to balance the body chemistry of people who are stressed.”
